At Something Went Wrong, we believe your shopping experience should be error-free, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help you get things back on track.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
